All customers who have booked a return ticket between the 30 March and the 30 April are automatically entitled to an extra Free Return Ticket for travel within 12 months.

Please note that subject to availability the Free Return Ticket can only be used for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and not in July and August and the paid for return sailing must take place prior to the Free Return Ticket sailing.

In addition to SpeedFerries’ standard Terms & Conditions the Free Return Ticket is subject to the specific Terms & Conditions indicated below.

Terms and conditions for
Free Return Tickets
There is no restriction on the duration of your free trip.
The paid for return sailing must take place prior to the Free Return Ticket sailing.

The offer cannot be used in combination with other special offers. Thus, a passenger who takes advantage of the 50% refund on a 25-hour trip, will not be eligible for a Free Return Ticket.

Subject to availability the Free Return Ticket can be used on all sailings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays any time in 2005, except for July and August.

The lead passenger must be the same on the Free Return Ticket and the paid for return sailing (additional passengers may vary).

There is a restriction of one Free Return Ticket pr. return booking.
The Free Return Ticket offer applies for the same or smaller car category as originally booked.

• a large car booking – is entitled to a free ticket for either a large car, standard car or motorcycle
  
  
• a standard car booking – is entitled to a free ticket for ether a standard car or a motorcycle
  
  
• a motorcycle booking – is entitled to a free ticket for a motorcycle.
  
  

Once booked the Free Return Ticket can be amended through the call centre up to 24 hours prior to departure for a fee of £10.

The Free Return Ticket cannot be upgraded or changed from a standard car to a large car to a departure outside the above specified days and periods even if you offer to pay the difference.

Should such changes be required a new and separate paid for booking must be made.

You can bring pets or upgrade to PremierClass if you pay the standard fees for these services.

How to book your Free Return Ticket
The Free Return Ticket must be booked in the following way.

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Send an e-mail to freeticket@speedferry.co.uk, and quote your booking reference number from your booking and preferred sailing dates and departures.

Please indicate alternative travel times, should your first choice not be available.

In addition please list the full name, age group and gender of all passengers, vehicle registration number and contact telephone number for the lead passenger. Once the booking is made, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail with your new reference number.

Free Return Ticket bookings made via our call centre will be subject to the standard call centre fee of £10.
